We are a company specialising in the design, assembly, repair and wholesale of gearboxes, gearmotors, electric and hydraulic motors. We have been part of the Bonfiglioli Group for many years, providing timely and prompt customer support by forwarding every single request to the relevant department.
In fact, in addition to its direct branches, Bonfiglioli makes use of our well-stocked warehouses and our advice to authorised dealers to guarantee impeccable sales and service everywhere.
As an Authorised Bonfiglioli Service Centre, we offer the following services:
1. Repairs:
- In-house: repair of products at our premises.
- On-site: repair of products at the customer’s premises.
2. In-house revamping:
- Restoration of the product to its original condition, or updated to the latest specifications, in terms of functionality, performance and product life.
3. Maintenance services:
- Routine preventive maintenance.
- Extraordinary maintenance: interventions beyond routine preventive maintenance, which in the event of a malfunction or failure of a unit includes all activities necessary to restore its operation.
- Full Service Maintenance: includes all interventions necessary to guarantee the customer maximum availability of their systems, minimising downtime and ensuring precise Time to Repair.
4. Oil analysis:
- Oil samples are taken at the customer’s site and sent to Bonfiglioli’s Oil Analysis Laboratory for analysis.
5. IoT installation:
- Support for Bonfiglioli in the installation of sensors on Bonfiglioli customers’ systems/machines/units that require this service.
6. Product analysis:
- Endoscopic.
- Vibrational.

We have optimised our company’s space by creating a warehouse of over 1,500 m2, which allows us to fulfil most requests within 24 hours, minimising the possibility of unpleasant and costly machine downtime.
With a simple phone call or email, we are able to identify and assemble replacement components almost in real time and send them as quickly as possible.
Our warehouse stocks a large number of gearmotors, spare parts and standard components, enabling us to respond to maintenance and replacement requests within 24 working hours. This allows our partners to save time and resources, significantly reducing waiting times.
We guarantee delivery throughout the UK and abroad, as well as the reliability of all our products. We have a continuous supply of all the gearmotor series manufactured and included in the Trasmital Bonfiglioli catalogue, Bosch Rexroth orbital hydraulic motors and axial piston hydraulic motors, DC and AC electric motors, inverters, Bonfiglioli Vectron soft starters and Air Comp pneumatics.
All goods (pneumatics, motors, gearboxes and inverters) are shipped very quickly thanks to the ‘urgent’ service, which guarantees delivery within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Our sales staff will collect your details and take care of your orders, answering all your questions and guiding you towards the solution that best suits your needs.
Your order will then be forwarded to the warehouse department, which will prepare the components in stock.
Finally, the workshop will check the product or assemble it according to your requirements before handing it over to the courier, who will deliver it to you very quickly.
Customised Projects
The service of assistance and sending the components is accompanied by the customization of the parts; in fact, thanks to the assembly of the modules and the different parts we offer the customer the finished product ready to be mounted on the machinery.
In addition, in case the requested item was not available, FP Transmissioni is able to assemble it in all its parts directly in its own machine shop reducing, again, the waiting time for the customer: a solution that not everyone is able to guarantee in this sector.
FP Transmissioni works to ensure the customer a timely and effective service of identifying and supplying the product with the necessary application characteristics at that particular moment, since each type of need is taken care of by expressly dedicated staff, who intervene for clarification and specific assistance, customizing the products and adapting them to your specific needs.
Assembly, Repairs and Scheduled Assistance
In our workshop, equipped with the latest generation equipment, we are able to carry out reviews, tests and maintenance of mechanical products, at the same time providing a scrupulous consultancy service that allows us to identify and adopt the best solutions for each type of machine and each type of use.
Our workshop department can not only assemble the different components to make custom stock, but can also disassemble and examine damaged or poorly functioning engines and gearboxes. Using highly technological benches and tools, repairs are carried out and all the components of engines, gearboxes and pneumatics are analysed in detail, trying to identify the causes of breakage, damage or malfunction.
In fact, the reasons why equipment stops working are not always related to wear and tear.
Sometimes manufacturing defects, external agents, or inappropriate use of equipment can lead to costly machine downtime.
At a very low cost, the components are passed to the test bench and verified in detail to ensure, once repaired, maximum reliability and professional advice that will allow you to make the best use of your equipment while maximizing its performance.
The workshop department works in a coordinated manner on research and design and, based on the drawings developed, creates prototypes and tests of the products which will then be placed on the market. This perfect synchrony allows FP Transmissions to also minimize the time for conception, design and production of products required by our partners. On average, the manufacturing cycle of custom components requires a processing time of less than 45 days.
